Thank you for hosting a table for this year’s Missions Convention.  

Here are a few details and reminders.

TIME:  Please note we have TWO services.  The food is served immediately following the close of the 11:00 am service ONLY.  We recommend you have your table ready by 11:30 am.  Once you arrive with your food, place it directly on your assigned table.  Please do not serve food between the services.  We recommend you cover your food or do not place it on table till after 11.

REQUESTING CHAFING TRAYS: If you will be bringing your food in aluminum trays and would like chafing dishes to keep them warm please let us know.  We will provide the chafing dishes and sternos.  We just need to know how many for your table.

TABLES:  We will hang a sign and your country’s flag by each station.   6ft tables will all be covered with a blue plastic tablecloth.  You may add to or decorate your table as you’d like.

SUPPLIES:  We will provide 7-inch plates, small bowls, cups, utensils & napkins.   It would be helpful if you brought your own serving utensils, but we will have extra on hand
