Thank you for signing up to host a table! Details below:

TIME:  The food is served immediately following the close of the 10:30 am service.  We recommend you have your table ready by 11:00 am.  Once you arrive with your food, place it directly on your assigned table.  

TABLES:  We will hang a sign and your country’s flag by each station.   6ft tables will all be covered with a blue plastic tablecloth.  You may add to or decorate your table as you’d like.

SUPPLIES:  At each table we will have 7-inch plates, utensils & napkins.  In the kitchen will be extra supplies, bowls and hot/cold cups if those are needed for your table.  It would be helpful if you brought your own serving utensils, but we will have extra on hand. 

You may end up hosting your table with other people (a wonderful thing!). If that is the case, we'll make sure you are able to connect with them beforehand so you can coordinate dishes, etc. 

Food is to be served as sample-sized portions :)
